We focus above all on projects in pleasant surroundings, with good access to regional cities and adequate local amenities. On several projects we take part as a partner of other established construction companies.
The group covers the full range of development work: preparation of building plots, engineering and permits, construction, and the subsequent sale of houses and apartments, as well as the renovation of older buildings and their resale. We specialise above all in the quality of the processes and of the materials used.
Everything we do is organised around the client, which means the priority is that the client receives a finished, quality product while we handle all the related work and processes ourselves. Our first aim is not to build as much as possible, but to prefer meaningful and aesthetically sound projects that have to serve the client in full.
