About the project
The Bolešky project is a pleasant location in the picturesque village of Vinosady, in the centre of Slovakia's wine region between the towns of Pezinok and Modra. Construction of 29 terraced family houses and 12 apartments was completed in 2024.
The location was built along the main traffic route from Pezinok to Modra, so it offers easy access to both towns, and at the same time it lies in the immediate vicinity of vineyards, a cycle route and the forests of the Little Carpathians.
